GENERAL INFORMATION
The Sacrament of Baptism
The Sacrament of Baptism will take place after the 12:00 pm Mass on the first Sunday of each month.

Pre-Jordan Classes
All parents are expected to schedule and attend a Pre-Jordan class with Father Anthony Raymundo prior to the scheduled baptism.

Pre-Jordan classes are held in the Parish Hall on the last Tuesday of each month after the 7:00 pm Mass.

Dear Parents,
Congratulations on choosing to have your child baptized and have him/her enter into the Body of Christ. Please see below for more information on how to register and for the expectations for parents and godparents.

HOW TO REGISTER
To register, simply fill out a Baptismal Registration form which can be found in the church narthex. You can also download and print out a form by clicking the button below.
Once the form has been completed, parents must hand it directly to Father Anthony Raymundo after a weekend or weekday Mass that he celebrates.
When greeting Father, please hand him the form and tell him you are there to register for a baptism. Once Father finishes greeting the rest of the parishioners, he will spend no more than 5 minutes with you to review your registration and discuss further requirements.
PRE-JORDAN CLASSES
During the single Pre-Jordan class, parents and godparents will briefly meet with Father Anthony to learn more about the Sacrament of Baptism, discuss the roles of parents/godparents as primary educators to the child(ren) being baptized, and explain the importance of the reception of all sacraments and the continued practice of the Catholic Faith.
A NOTE FOR GODPARENTS
Godparents are highly encouraged to attend Pre-Jordan classes along with the parents of his/her godchild.
All godparents must complete a statement of faith/eligibility form prior to the scheduled baptism.

Parishioners
If you are a parishioner of Sacred Heart, please download and print the Statement of Faith form found below. Once completed, please drop off the form at the parish office for review, or bring it to your scheduled Pre-Jordan class.

This form is to be completed by Sacred Heart Parishioners ONLY.

Non-Parishioners
If you ARE NOT a parishioner of Sacred Heart, you will need to obtain a signed Statement of Faith/Eligibility Form from your home parish. Completed forms can be dropped off at the Parish Center Office or emailed as an attachment to info@sacredheart.us.
